LEADERSHIP

Leadership in Frontier Markets

Kasope is the Director and Head of Frontier Markets at The BE Company, leading the growth of BE’s presence across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Building on his success as Head of Business Development, Kasope now drives strategy, project execution, and ecosystem development, aligning AI infrastructure with rising digital demand.

He has secured major financing offers, including a recent £10+ million deal with a leading European bank, and is building a robust pipeline of projects. Under his leadership, BE has secured 1,000MW of future energy capacity for data center development and formed strategic alliances with top technology partners like Dell, HP, Red Hat, Cisco, Equinix, Vertiv, and more.

Kasope brings a multidisciplinary background in law, finance, and technology infrastructure, with prior experience at Skylake Management, an investment firm specializing in infrastructure assets. A qualified solicitor, he holds an LLB from the London School of Economics and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge.
