‍Sath Ganesarajah is the Founder and CEO of The BE Company, where he drives the strategic vision, leads major initiatives, and oversees all operations. His focus is on clean energy and AI infrastructure, ensuring that BE delivers sustainable energy solutions for power-intensive industries.

With a deep background in finance, energy, and technology, Sath brings significant expertise in building and scaling businesses. Before founding The BE Company, he worked at Morgan Stanley, Citi, and Credit Suisse, and later founded a company that operated over 50MW of infrastructure assets across Canada, the USA, and the UK, which was acquired in 2022.

Sath holds a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics, United Kingdom.

Moonir Kazi is a Partner and Chief of Staff at The Be Company, where he plays a central role in the leadership team. Moonir oversees key projects, investments, and strategic opportunities, while also managing the group's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance across all areas.

With over 23 years of business experience, Moonir has an extensive background in finance and operations. Prior to joining The Be Company, he served as COO at Veld Capital and held various finance roles at AnaCap Financial Partners, working across private credit and private equity. Additionally, he spent a significant portion of his career as Director in PwC’s Asset Management team in London, supporting an international network of clients.

Moonir holds an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Frank Cheng is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at The BE Company, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s technology roadmap and driving innovation. In this capacity, he oversees the development, implementation, and management of all technological strategies and operations.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Frank has held numerous leadership roles in the technology sector. Prior to joining The BE Company, he played a pivotal role in developing AI products at NVIDIA. He has also held senior positions at Sony, Imagination Technologies, and Zebra Technologies, where he focused on building AI solutions for cloud platforms and edge devices.

Frank holds a Ph.D. in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.

Kasope Oladeji is a Director and Head of Business Development at The BE Company, where he helps to drive strategic initiatives and securing key technical partnerships, as well as playing a key role in project operations. He has been instrumental in developing a 1,000MW clean energy pipeline for data centres and has formed alliances with multi-national technology vendors in the sector.

With a background in law, finance, and technology infrastructure, Kasope previously worked in roles, focusing on energy and data centre investments.

Kasope holds an LLB from the London School of Economics and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge.

Natasha Medlen is a Director and Head of Client Solutions at The BE Company, where she focuses on forging strategic relationships and driving new business. She specialises in developing projects with leading AI companies and building partnerships with key stakeholders across the data centre, AI, and clean energy sectors.

Throughout her career, Natasha has contributed to over 50MW of sustainably powered data centre projects across three continents. As a former Head of Enterprise Solutions, she has managed relationships with major energy providers, technology partners and local governments, while leading an international team to develop client and investor pipelines.

Natasha holds an MA in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Badar Ayaz is the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at The BE Company. Badar is responsible for overseeing financial reporting of the Group, including forecasting and future financial performance, and advising the CEO on strategic financial decisions and has a critical role in mergers and acquisitions of the Group.

With over 20 years of business experience, Badar has an extensive background in finance and operations. Badar has a background in Corporate Audit, having been a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s North-East Practice. He was the former Head of Finance and Operations at a Data Centre Business which deployed 50MW of infrastructure assets across Canada, the USA, and the UK.

Badar holds a BSc degree in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics, United Kingdom and is a Full Member of The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Ann-Christine Dietmann is an Associate in Capital Services at The Be Company, where she manages Investor Relations and drives project funding initiatives. Her role involves supporting key investment decisions and operational functions.

Prior to joining The BE Company, Ann-Christine gained relevant experience through various corporate roles, including Marketing and Purchasing Strategy in Europe. Following her undergraduate degree in International and Cultural Business Studies, she worked for the PwC foundation in Düsseldorf, where she gained valuable experience in consulting, financial analysis, and project management.

Ann-Christine holds an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics, United Kingdom.

Alicja O'Connor is an Associate at The BE Company, where she is primarily responsible for overseeing product development and project execution. She contributes to shaping the company's client offerings and successful delivery of key projects.

Before joining The BE Company, she gained valuable experiences in an early-stage startups, where she worked in market research and operational roles, developing a strong foundation in dynamic and fast-paced settings.

She holds a MSc in Strategic Entrepreneurship and Innovation from King's College London, United Kingdom.
